- How to place an order?

1. Please email us at the following adress, indicating which items you are interested in along with their respective reference numbers.

Please transmit us the coordinates and delivery adress in order to evaluate transportation costs.

2. You will shortly after receive a proposition according to your wishes.

3. We will then wait for your confirmation to send shipment (confirmation to be sent to the same email adress indicated above).
We recommend that payment is made at the command; we also accept the delivery against payment system. Should you prefer another mode of payment or delivery, please inform us in your initial order email.
Delivery takes between 1 and 3 weeks.

- What the indicated item price includes
All items offered on this website are available in France and will be sent from there. We ship worldwide. All prices are given VAT free and will be majored according to the local VAT levels (for example, in France, VAT is 19,6% of an item value) and other eventual taxes or fees. (However, in most of the cases, African art items are free of any custom taxes)
- Return Policy
Should you want to return an item, you have seven days after reception to do so in accordance with European commercial pratices.
Please first warn us by email.
Once we receive the item back, you will be fully refunded of the value of the item, minus the initial transportation costs and eventual local fees and taxes. Return transportation is also at your charge.
It is advised that you open the package in front of the person in charge of the delivery to ensure that the item is conform to your order and has not being damaged during the transport.

- Precisions
- We guarantee our items to be conform to their description- Sizes are given as indications, and might be slightly approximative- Prices indicated on the website can be changed without warning- If you wish to use the pictures of the website for any purpose, please inform us before you do so- Some items, because of their age and traditional fabrication, might have some imperfections (cracks, scratches...etc)
